Sweets and how to eat it in a balanced way
Sweets are delicious, but if we don't eat it with a balanced way, we can have problems with our health.
Not all the peoples loves candies, but the mayority of the people do. If you eat one or two sweets in a week, it is okay, because, like people says, one sweet at week doesn't affect anyone. And that is true, if you don't abuse of sweet your healthy will be okay. Some people ,when are tired eat sweet or candies ,because they want to have energy, and the sweet have sugar that give them some energy. The body always need glucosa, the candies always are made of it, if we eat the necesary glucosa our brain will work better.
They are also sweets that are healthy for you, or maybe fruits ,that are a little bit sweet, can remplase the candies. Many nutrionist says that to have a balanced diet you should eat at least, one healthy sweet, and the most common is the yogourt, they put some fruits with the yogurt and bam, it is healthy.
So, you can eat a sweet after a healthy food, it is balanced. But if you eat 10 sweets in one day, it could be so much glucosa for your body.
